With more than a decade of senior leadership experience in state government, Seth has overseen complex, billion-dollar operations spanning social services, public administration, and community and public health. His work lives at the intersection of people, strategy, and execution - where strong leadership and clear vision produce meaningful, measurable impact.
As the youngest Governor-appointed Chief Diversity Officer and Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity, Seth led enterprise-wide initiatives affecting thousands of employees across multiple agencies. He is known for transforming vision into action through large-scale change management, strategic communications, and organizational development efforts, including leadership academies, executive retreats, conferences, and coaching programs.
