I am a former NFL player and Super Bowl champion who understands the grit required to overcome a troubled start. From working in a factory to walking onto a community college football team with no experience, I fought my way to becoming an All-American at the University of North Carolina and a first-round draft pick for the Denver Broncos.

During my eight seasons in the NFL, I played in two Super Bowls and secured a championship ring, while consistently pouring back into my hometown of St. Louis through youth football camps. Beyond the field, I’ve successfully transitioned into the business world, managing real estate and medical investment ventures—including leading community-wide COVID-19 testing initiatives during the pandemic.

I’ve dedicated my post-NFL career to high-performance strategy and motivational speaking, sharing my "5 Pillars of Championship Life" philosophy with audiences nationwide.
